Nurturing Bodywork for Every Stage of your Womanhood.

Bodywork throughout your perinatal journey (and in general) is often seen as a luxury or indulgence. I’m here to change that narrative. Bodywork is not only essential during this season of life, but it can lead to profound shifts in experience and outcome. I’ve witnessed story after story: positive pregnancy tests, manageable labours, and postpartum periods where women feel deeply supported and recover quicker.

Bodywork helps regulate our often-tested nervous systems, supports emotional wellbeing, and nourishes our bones. I’ll shout it from the rooftops - we need more human touch and connection in a world that’s never been more disconnected.

If you’re ready for care that supports your body and nervous system through every stage, I’m here.

    Restoration Treatment

This treatment is for those women needing some time to unwind and decompress. Maybe you have a specific pain or discomfort needing a little deeper tissue work, or you just need to fully switch off for a while. Each treatment is fully unique to you and your needs, each time you visit. If you want to spend an hour or more working only upper body, or neck and head, or legs and feet - that is completely up to you, we can have a chat and discuss whatever your needs may be on the day of your treatment. This treatment is aimed at any woman, at any stage.

    Magic Mama Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage offers essential support during one of the most transformative times in a woman’s life. This is not a luxury, your body is doing extraordinary work, and massage provides space to rest, release tension, and reconnect. It supports the physical changes of pregnancy by easing common discomforts like swelling, aches, poor circulation, and high blood pressure, while also calming the nervous system and lowering stress levels. Gentle, grounding touch is especially valuable in the first trimester when anxiety or disconnection may be heightened, helping you feel more at home in your body. Regular massage during pregnancy can boost dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, supporting emotional wellbeing and even easing the birthing experience. Each session is deeply tailored to your needs, using side-lying positions for comfort, and organic herbal oils handcrafted for you. This is a space to slow down, receive care, and remember your strength.

    Fertility & Womb Massage

Whether you're trying to conceive naturally preparing for IVF or another assisted fertility journey, this gentle treatment is designed to support you both physically and emotionally. It can also help with menstrual challenges such as irregular cycles, painful periods, or difficulties with ovulation.

The focus is on improving blood flow to the womb and surrounding areas. Better circulation brings more oxygen and nutrients to the uterus, ovaries, and developing eggs - helping create a healthier environment for conception and overall reproductive wellbeing.

Stress can have a significant impact on fertility. When the body is in a constant state of ‘fight or flight’, blood flow is redirected away from the reproductive organs, which may affect hormone balance and ovulation over time. This treatment helps calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

This nurturing approach is rooted in traditional wisdom, passed down through many lineages - all of which are honoured deeply. The techniques used are gentle, rhythmic, and supportive, working with the body, not against it, to restore flow and harmony through the reproductive, digestive, and sacral areas.

Beyond the physical benefits, this is time for you, a space to slow down, recieve, and feel held. Whether you're at the beginning of your fertility journey, mid-treatment, or simply looking to restore balance, this treatment offers calm, consistent support.

It may also support a wide range of reproductive and digestive concerns, including: irregular cycles, period pain, heavy or missing periods, fibroids, endometriosis, PMS, a tilted uterus, bloating, cramps, and constipation. It can also be helpful for those navigating IVF, recurrent miscarriage, poor egg health, or the hormonal changes of pre-menopause and menopause.

    Postpartum Peace Massage

Postpartum massage offers vital support during a time of deep physical and emotional transition. Often overlooked in our culture, this period asks for rest, care, and recovery, not self-sacrifice. This treatment is designed entirely for the mother: incorporating warming massage, gentle rocking, hot stones, soft blankets, wrapping, and nourishing tea. It’s a space to be held, listened to, and honoured without judgement. Massage during this time helps regulate hormones, support healing, reduce stress, and ease the physical strain of birth and early motherhood.
