Postpartum Doula Support

I truly believe every new mum deserves care that goes beyond what the standard NHS provides, and what society leads us to believe is acceptable. We need emotional support, nourishing meals, and someone by our side who understands. I'm proudly and intimately attuned to the postpartum period, having welcomed my second baby at the end of last year.

The contrast between my first postpartum (during COVID, with an isolating hospital stay) and my second (at home, surrounded by love, nourishment, and support) is what inspired me to create this guide linked below..

I’ve felt, first-hand, the impact of a well-planned postpartum. I felt miles better just two months after giving birth this time, compared to still feeling depleted two years after my first. How we treat ourselves in these early days matter, not only for the lived day to day experience - but for our health months and years down the line.

In this downloadable guide you will find some helpful information that will help you plan and prepare well, information on warming drinks, healing foods and delicious recipes, as well as bodywork information with light breathing and pelvic floor exercises.

Whether you are expecting or know someone who is, this guide will help to ensure you have the best possible experience for you and your baby.
